How it works

Caffeine increases alertness and reduces fatigue, helping to alleviate symptoms of tiredness and lack of energy. Diphenhydramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance that contributes to sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. Paracetamol/acetaminophen reduces pain and fever by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and making breathing easier.
