Dronis 30 Tablet is a combination of two medications used for birth control to prevent pregnancy and in the treatment of irregular periods It works by preventing the release and fertilization of the egg Dronis 30 Tablet can be taken with or without food but it is important to take it at the same time each day to maximize its effectiveness You should take this medication as prescribed by your doctor To start your treatment you should take the first pill on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue taking one pill every day for a full month Once the pack is finished you can start with a new pack If you vomit within 4 hours of taking the pill you should take another tablet If you miss a dose and realize it within 12 hours take the missed dose as soon as possible However if you are more than 12 hours late in taking the missed dose you should use a condom during intercourse for the next 2 days Before taking this medication it is important to inform your doctor if you smoke and are over 35 years old or if you have a history of heart attack uterinecervicalvaginal cancer Your doctor should also be aware of any other medications you are taking as some of them may reduce the effectiveness of this medication or alter its mechanism of action If you are already pregnant or breastfeeding you should not take this medication Additionally your doctor may recommend regular checkups for monitoring your blood pressure cholesterol and blood sugar levels while you are on this treatment
