Zycolchin Tablet 10s 10s 10s is a medication used to treat gout or gouty arthritis. It helps by alleviating inflammation caused by the buildup of uric acid crystals in the knee joints, which often lead to swollen and painful joints.

Colchicine works by targeting and reducing inflammation caused by uric acid crystals in the joints. It doesn’t directly lower uric acid levels but alleviates symptoms associated with its crystallization, providing relief from joint pain and inflammation in conditions like gout.

Follow your doctor's instructions for the prescribed dosage and duration. It can be taken with or without food, but maintaining a consistent daily time is recommended. Swallow the tablet whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it.

Possible side effects may include bone marrow depression, nausea, vomiting, and decreased white blood cells.

Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage to avoid potential overdose. Inform your doctor about existing medical conditions, particularly liver or kidney issues. Promptly report any signs of muscle weakness, numbness, or unusual bleeding. Regularly monitor for adverse effects and seek medical advice as needed.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is near, skip the missed one and continue with the regular schedule. Avoid taking a double dose. Always follow the prescribed dose.

How it works

Colchicine works by blocking white blood cells from reaching areas of inflammation caused by uric acid crystals. This action reduces swelling, pain, and redness during gout attacks and helps control and prevent future flare-ups of inflammation.

How to take

Take Colchicine exactly as prescribed, with or without food. Swallow the tablet with water. Follow your doctor’s instructions on dosage and duration. Avoid exceeding the recommended dose to prevent potential side effects.
