Yes, Unicalcin can reduce the levels of calcium in the blood. If the calcium levels in your blood drop down severely then it can present with numbness or tingling in your fingers, toes, or around your mouth. The blood calcium levels need to be monitored in such cases. Immediately contact your doctor if you experience any such symptoms.
