Before using Timolast 05 Ophthalmic Gel it is important to always wash your hands Follow your doctors instructions and use only the prescribed number of drops allowing approximately 5 minutes between each drop If you wear soft contact lenses remove them before using the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in If you are using another eye medicine wait at least 10 minutes before using it To fully understand how to use the drops and maximize their benefits read the accompanying leaflet To prevent infection avoid touching the tip of the dropper or bottle Using this medicine regularly preferably at the same times each day will yield the best results If you wish to discontinue use consult your doctor beforehand The most common side effects of Timolast 05 Ophthalmic Gel include a burning or stinging sensation in the eye There are also less common side effects that may affect other parts of the body some of which can be serious as the gel is absorbed into the systemic circulation If you experience any bothersome side effects consult your doctor This medicine should not be used if you have asthma severe COPD chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or a serious heart condition Inform your doctor if you have or have had coronary heart disease heart failure diabetes breathing problems an overactive thyroid gland or liver or kidney disease Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine
