Omar can cause osteoporosis (thinning of bones) as it decreases the calcium absorption leading to calcium deficiency. This leads to an increased risk of bone fractures on long-term use, like hip, wrist or spine fractures. Inform your doctor if you have osteoporosis or if you are taking corticosteroids (these can increase the risk of osteoporosis) before starting your therapy. Consult your doctor on ways to prevent this. Your doctor may advise you calcium or vitamin D supplements to reduce the risk.

Does Omar cause vitamin deficiencies?

Omar a pharmaceutical drug has the potential to lead to deficiencies in both vitamin B12 and vitamin C The reason for this lies in the fact that vitamin B12 when ingested orally relies on an acidic environment in the stomach for proper absorption However the intake of Omar inhibits the secretion of gastric acid making it challenging for the body to absorb vitamin B12 efficiently Therefore it is advised to consider taking vitamin B12 supplements alongside Omar to compensate for the potential deficiency On the other hand the clinical implications of the decrease in vitamin C levels caused by Omar are yet to be fully understood As a result it is not currently recommended to supplement with vitamin C when taking Omar Further research is required to determine the exact significance of the reduction in vitamin C levels and whether it requires additional supplementation It is essential to be aware of the potential impact Omar can have on these vitamins and to consult with a healthcare professional for appropriate guidance They will be able to provide personalized advice based on individual needs and ensure proper vitamin intake while taking Omar

Can Omar be used in cardiac patients?

Patients with cardiac disease can take Omar as prescribed by the doctor. However, Omar can interact with certain drugs (e.g clopidogrel, digoxin) which might be used by a patient with an underlying cardiac disease.
