Is it fine to use Calcinase in pregnant women?
Generally, Calcinase is not recommended for pregnant women. However, enough evidence is not available to suggest risk associated with the use of Calcinase causing birth defects or miscarriage in pregnant women. Calcinase should be used in pregnant women with utmost caution. It is used only if the prescribing doctor finds potential benefit to be much larger than the risk involved.

How should I use Calcinase?
Follow the directions given by your prescriber and do ask him in case of any doubts. Usually, it is to be given in single nostril once daily. Each bottle is set to deliver 30 doses. Do not use the bottle after 30 days.

Yes, an unopened bottle of Calcinase need to be refrigerated. It should be kept at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze. After opening the bottle of Calcinase, store it at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
