Lotelmin AM Tablet belongs to the class of antihypertensive drugs, which is used to prevent and control high blood pressure. It reduces blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood thereby reducing the risk of a heart attack or a stroke.

HOW LOTELMIN AM TABLET WORKS?

This medicine is a combination of two drugs: Telmisartan and Amlodipine. Telmisartan widens the vessels and allow blood to move freely and amlodipine stops calcium from entering the heart cells which stops blood vessels in the heart from contraction. Together, they reduce the blood pressure and load on the heart.

HOW TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE?
