Lomofen Tablet

Introduction

Lomofen Tablet is a combination medicine containing Atropine, Diphenoxylate, and Furazolidone, used to treat diarrhea. It eliminates the bacteria causing diarrhea and helps manage symptoms like stomach pain, cramps, and loose stools.

Atropine relaxes gut muscles, Diphenoxylate solidifies stools, and Furazolidone kills the bacteria causing diarrhea, restoring normal bowel function.

Follow your doctor's guidance, taking the medication in the prescribed dose and duration. It can be taken with or without food, but maintaining a consistent time daily is recommended for optimal results. Swallow the tablet whole without chewing.

Side effects may include constipation, indigestion, dry mouth, dizziness, cough, flushed skin, blurred vision, difficulty urinating, and urine discoloration. Inform your healthcare provider if these persist or worsen.

Take your dose when you remember, but only one. If it's close to the next scheduled dose, avoid taking two doses together to prevent potential risks.
