Introduction

Lasilactone 50 Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to reduce excess fluid levels while maintaining the potassium balance in the body. It is used to treat edema (fluid overload), heart failure, kidney issues, liver cirrhosis-related swelling, and high blood pressure. It combines two medicines, Furosemide removes excess water and electrolytes through urine, reducing blood pressure and improving heart function. Spironolactone conserves potassium, maintaining its balance in the body.
Side effects include electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, muscle pain, low blood pressure, fast heart rate, irregular heartbeats, and increased thirst. It is best to take Lasilactone 50 Tablet in the morning along with food to avoid frequent urination at night time. For better results, taking it at the same time every day is suggested. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you take it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.
