Introduction to D-Sera Plus Tablet
- D-Sera Plus Tablet is a versatile medicine renowned for its efficacy in alleviating pain and inflammation. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as headaches, fever, and mild to moderate pain arising from various sources.
- Belonging to the class of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), the combined action of Diclofenac, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, and Serratiopeptidase creates a synergistic effect. Diclofenac inhibits the production of inflammatory substances, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen reduces fever and pain signals, while Serratiopeptidase promotes tissue healing by breaking down proteins causing inflammation.
- It is advisable to follow the dosage prescribed by your healthcare provider. Taking it with or after meals can help minimize the risk of stomach upset.
- Some individuals may experience mild side effects such as nausea, stomach discomfort, or headache.
- Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to any of the components, gastrointestinal issues, or liver problems should exercise caution.
- If a dose of it is missed, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with the regular dosing schedule. Never double up on doses to make up for a missed one.
