How should I use Calcinase?

Follow the directions given by your prescriber and do ask him in case of any doubts. Usually, it is to be given in single nostril once daily. To start with we take 1 spray in left nostril on day 1, followed by right nostril on the second day. Continue to take the medicine inside the nose by switching nostrils every alternate day.
