AUSNAC TC TAB is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac and Thiocolchicoside Both these components belong to the group of medicines known as NonSteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs NSAIDs and muscle relaxants respectively The primary purpose of AUSNAC TC TAB is to treat painful inflammatory conditions in adults that are accompanied by muscle spasms Additionally AUSNAC TC TAB can also be used to alleviate pain caused by musculoskeletal bone disorders such as osteoarthritis rheumatoid arthritis joint inflammation or ankylosing spondylitis It is effective in relieving back pain resulting from inflammation of the bones in the spine Aceclofenac a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug functions by inhibiting the production of specific chemicals responsible for pain and inflammation in the body Thiocolchicoside on the other hand acts as a muscle relaxant by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers called GABA in the brain This in turn helps to relax the muscles and alleviates painful muscle spasms associated with inflammatory diseases
