You can take Agrolac Suspension with or without food It is important to follow your doctors instructions when taking this medication Take it regularly and try to take it at the same time every day Your dosage may be adjusted based on how well it is working for you Do not exceed the recommended dose and if you miss a dose do not take an extra one to make up for it It may take at least 48 hours for this medication to start working If you are still experiencing constipation after 3 days consult your doctor The most common side effects of Agrolac Suspension include mild nausea and vomiting which usually subside after a few days In rare cases some individuals may experience severe diarrhea and electrolyte imbalance If you notice any of these serious side effects contact your doctor immediately Before taking this medication inform your doctor if you have diabetes or if you are lactose intolerant If you are using this medication for an extended period of time your doctor may recommend occasional blood tests to monitor mineral levels such as potassium and sodium Avoid taking other laxative medications while using Agrolac Suspension If you are pregnant or breastfeeding consult your doctor before taking this medication
