Sucralfate is an antiulcer medication that forms a protective layer over the ulcer, shielding it from stomach acid and allowing it to heal Oxetacaine/Oxethazaine belongs to the class of local anesthetics and acts by numbing or reducing the sensation of pain in the affected area.

It's usually recommended to take this medicine on an empty stomach, 1 hour before meals and at bedtime for best results.  Avoid taking any other medications within 2 hours of taking sucralfate, as it can interfere with their absorption.
