Satrogyl-O Dry Syrup belongs to the class of antibiotics used primarily to treat diarrhea and dysentery, as well as bacterial infections in various body areas. Bacterial infections result from harmful bacteria multiplying inside or on the body.It contains two antibiotics: Ofloxacin and Satranidazole. Ofloxacin is a quinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, necessary for DNA replication, transcription, and repair.
