Omnigel is a topical solution that provides relief from pain in the muscles and joints caused by recent injuries like sprains strains or sportsrelated injuries It is also effective in relieving pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis among others The active ingredient in Omnigel Diclofenac is known for its ability to treat acute muscular pain It falls under the category of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs NSAIDs and works by reducing pain swelling and inflammation by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins By soothing sore muscles and reducing inflammation and pain Omnigel helps alleviate discomfort To use Omnigel gently massage the gel into the skin of the affected area Allow the medication to dry for a minimum of 10 minutes before covering the area with clothes or gloves After applying the gel remember to wash your hands unless they are part of the treated area It is important not to wrap bandage or apply heat to the treated area
