The Ivnex 5gm Infusion has demonstrated efficacy in preventing systemic and local infections in bone marrow transplant patients aged 20 years and older during the first 100 days posttransplant It is specifically intended for the treatment of primary immunodeficiency disorders characterized by significant impairment of antibody production which increases the risk of infections This therapy provides antibodies that the body is unable to produce on its own enhancing the ability to fight against infections Both children and adults can undergo this intravenous treatment After administration of Human Normal Immunoglobulin your doctor will monitor you for a certain period to observe any potential side effects Possible side effects of Ivnex 5gm Infusion include back pain chills flushing a sensation of warmth in the face ears neck and trunk dizziness headache nausea decreased blood pressure and muscle pain If you experience any of these side effects or feel generally unwell it is important to inform your doctor There may be measures available to prevent or minimize these effects Before using this medication it is crucial to inform your doctor if you have any blood clotting issues or if you have recently received or plan to receive a vaccination It is currently unknown whether this medication is entirely safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding so it is essential to seek advice from your doctor in these situations

Yes, Genexglob can cause kidney damage but not in everyone. Patients having a pre-existing kidney problem, diabetes and hypovolemia (a decrease in the volume of circulating blood) are at risk of developing kidney failure. Additionally, patients who are overweight, over 65 years of age and who are using medicines that can cause kidney damage are also at risk of developing kidney failure. Also, Genexglob which has sucrose, fructose or maltose as an ingredient in it is more likely to cause kidney damage.
