Ioptame Eye Drop is suitable for both adults and children and can be used alone or in combination with other eye medications to lower eye pressure It is important to follow your doctors instructions and use this medication regularly for maximum benefit Discontinuing its use may result in increased eye pressure and potential damage to your vision Prior to using the eye drop for the first time ensure that the bottles seal is intact If you wear contact lenses remove them before instilling the eye drop and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them Common side effects of Ioptame Eye Drop may include changes in eyelashes eye pain and sensitivity to light It may also cause blurred vision dryness in the eye gradual changes in eye color and other rare effects If you experience any side effects consult your doctor They may provide advice on how to reduce or prevent some side effects or suggest an alternative treatment If your vision becomes blurry or if you notice any changes in sight refrain from driving until your vision clears up This side effect is typically temporary Do not use this medication if you are pregnant planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding

Can I use other eye drops along with Laprost?
If you have to use other eye drops, wait for at least 5 minutes before using them. You should inform your doctor about any other medicine which you are using since it may interfere with the working of Laprost.

Can I use contact lenses while using Ioprost?
Yes, you can use contact lenses while using Ioprost. However, remove your contact lenses before instilling Ioprost. You can re-insert the lenses 15 minutes after instilling Ioprost. Contact your doctor if eye irritation occurs and persists.

How long do you keep your eyes shut after using Ioptame?
After using the eye drops you should close your eyes for at least 2-3 minutes so that the medicine does not run off and gets absorbed in the eye.
