Wenmycin is safe if used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Take it exactly as directed and do not skip any dose. Follow your doctors instructions carefully and let your doctor know if any of the side effects bother you.

What if I forget to take a dose of Colirest?
If you forget a dose of Colirest, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next scheduled dose in the prescribed time. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.

Who should not use Colirest?
Use of Colirest should be avoided in patients who are allergic to Colirest or any of its components. However, if you are not aware of any allergy or if you are using Colirest for the first time, consult your doctor.

What should I tell my doctor before taking Colirest?
Before taking Colirest, you must tell your doctor if you have or ever had any problems related to your kidneys or lungs (such as asthma). Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine.
