CILNIDIPINE + TELMISARTAN

Cilaheart T 10mg/40mg Tablet 10s contains Cilnidipine and Telmisartan which is effective in enhancing heart and blood vessel health. Cilnidipine aids in relaxing blood vessels for smoother blood flow, while Telmisartan improves the heart's pumping efficiency.

Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker, relaxes and widens blood vessels, reducing blood pressure telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), helps the heart pump blood more efficiently and lowers blood pressure together, they ensure better blood circulation and cardiovascular health.

Take this medication with or without food, preferably at the same time every day for consistency.  Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew, crush, or break it.

Be aware of a potential decrease in blood pressure. Move cautiously when standing up to prevent dizziness or fainting.

Telmisartan may increase potassium levels, especially in individuals with kidney issues or those on potassium-affecting medications.

Possible side effects include headache, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, edema (swelling), abdominal pain, rash, muscle pain, eye pain, tremors, and decreased blood pressure. Seek medical advice if these symptoms persist or worsen.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and resume your usual schedule.
