Magaldrate is an antacid to neutralizes excessive stomach acid, providing relief from heartburn and indigestion, activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is an antifoaming agent that reduces surface tension of gas bubbles in the stomach, and Oxetacaine/Oxethazaine is a local anesthetic used to relieve pain and discomfort in the stomach.
